Terms & Conditions

All package tour prices include hotel accommodations,airport transfers,all land transportation,and a tour guide,and are based on double occupancy.If you would like to share accommodatiom with another person,we match you, if possible,with a roommate.This will put your costs down.If you are provided with a single room,a single suppliment fee will be added. (See registration form for details)

Prices do not include :airport taxes,tips,entrance fees,any items of a personal nature,additional expenses resulting from the delay or extension of a trip due to weather,political disputes,sickness or other causes beyond our reasonable control.Tipping your driver and guide at the end of the trip is normal,but entirely at your discretion.

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price quoted is requested along with your complete registration form.On receiving your deposit,we will send you a confirmation packet with trip preparation information including health tips,packing suggestions ,visa information and much more.The balance payment is due 60 days prior to departure.For complete cancellation/refund policy,please see registration form.

Cancelled Trips

There may be times when Yoga ToursIndia may have to cancel any group trip due to inadequate sign-up, which makes the trip economically not feasible to operate.Notification will be given at least 30 days prior to departure.A full refund will be given or you may choose to transfer to another tour.

After your approval and deposit payment per person are received ,changes requested to the itinerary are subject to a modification fee per each change request.Trip cancellation Insurance is highly recommended.Cost vareis according to your trip package.Please inquire if interested and we will send you details.

Limitations of Liability

Yoga ToursIndia,its owners, agents act only as agents for hotels, transportation companies, land operators and suppliers of travel services and assume no liability in connection with the operation or service of any transportation vehicle or hotel which may be used for the tours you take. Yoga ToursIndia and its operators and agents will assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay. Irregularity or additional costs resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes : weather, failure of any means of transportation to adhere to schedules , quarantines, strikes, civil disturbance, theft, government regulations, or changes in transport and lodging beyond our reasonable control.

Yoga ToursIndia reserves the right at any time,either prior to or after departure,at its discretion in good faith, to change or replace any tour, including but not limited to the right to alter or omit any part of the itinerary, to substitute hotels or leaders, or change any means of conveyance without notice and without allowance of refund, with the liability of increased costs-if any-to be born by you. Yoga ToursIndia reserves the right to change any itinerary at any time when it is deemed advisory for the safety of the group or to comply with good government restrictions.
